Maybe you're one of the Americans who for generations have clung
to the myth that if we only study and work hard, a living wage and basic
securities will be ours. That we can
even gain massive wealth if we were ingenious enough. That hard work and loyalty go hand in hand
with our nation's most cherished values of fairness, success and personal
responsibility. That the employment
picture isn't so bleak since employment has increased since the Great
Recession. That retirement is still an
attainable middle class rite of passage into a fulfilling stage of life we call
our "golden years".
But for many of us, the reality is not so pretty.
The United States—once hailed at the Land of Opportunity—now has
the disgrace of having a largest share of low-wage jobs than any other
developed nation in the world. More than
30 million workers in the labor force—a tenth of our population—live in
poverty. More than 50 million new jobs
pay less than $15 an hour. Sick pay,
family leave and retirement benefits are virtually nonexistent. Pensions are just about extinct. Workers face harsh choices between health
care, balanced nutrition, saving for emergencies and paying bills. How can we
possibly provide enough to their families to cover those bills, much less save
enough in a 401(k) or IRA to get on the track to retirement? Just one major home repair or medical
emergency could wipe out our entire life savings.
And what are the consequences of ignoring or tolerating such a
large-scale problem? It will only get
worse. The wholesome values that once
defined this country so well will only continue to erode. More skilled jobs will be outsourced overseas
to satisfy insatiable corporate greed.
Wages will plummet, the lack of a livable wage taking away from the
spirit of service that makes any job worth doing. Living paycheck to paycheck, age-old
arguments about money will cause marriages to crumble and end in divorce.
And in the midst of this tragedy, we will do our damnedest to
raise our children, but with the devastating knowledge that the world they come
into will be replete with the torment that comes from poverty—a world in which the
middle class is destroyed, in which the dream of upward mobility will likely
remain only a dream, in which nothing is secure and nothing and no one can be
trusted.
But a nationwide community of people is implementing a solution,
working in a profession that not only benefits themselves and their families,
but communities in which they live.
That community is called Renatus, and their profession is real
estate investment.
Real estate is one of the few investment vehicles where using
the bank's money couldn't be easier. The
ability to make a down payment, leverage capital, and in so doing increase
overall return on investment is incredible. [additional material for real estate

They use techniques for tax-free cash flow, tax write-offs
against their income, in addition to other deduction strategies. They employ diversification potential, which
has a low and in some cases negative correlation with other major asset
classes. They take advantage of the
inflation-hedging capability of real estate, stemming from the positive
relationship between GDP growth and demand for real estate—satisfying the basic,
never-ending human need for shelter.

of Renatus is no pyramid scheme. The
Direct Selling Association makes a clear distinction between pyramid schemes
and MLM's, which are legitimate businesses that don't depend on deceptive
practices to sustain its business.
Renatus takes great care to separate itself from these illegal
counterparts, providing accurate information about the company, the education
it provides, and what one can expect as a seller of the company’s products and
services. Base compensation is given
primarily on both a person's sales and the sales of others he's recruited.
And if that isn't enough, students can learn from others and
share your experiences on group coaching calls. Renatus' coaching staff—again
consisting of actual real estate practitioners—draw from a range of useful
topics every week, including but not limited to:
·
Introductory Goal-Setting
·
Understanding Your Marketplace
·
Pre-Foreclosures/Foreclosures and REO’s

You now have a choice: do you continue to do what you have been
doing—or worse, do nothing at all? Or do
you accept the challenge of becoming a real investor, an invaluable asset to
your community? Will you relinquish
control of your destiny to the whims of rich and powerful, or will you yourself
take control?
The path of least resistance may likely result in decades more
of working in a thankless, unrewarding, mediocre work force, if you're lucky to
get and hold a job with at least meager earnings—and continue to struggle. Yet the road less traveled offers the vast
potential of changing your life, that of your family, and of the community at
large.
