Renatus - BIF webinars 1/6 - intro, before briefing webinar

ATTENTION REAL ESTATE INVESTORS!

Why Investors Fail, And What To About It.

The Crucial Misconception about Real Estate Education: Flimsy upselling, 3-day boot camps and fly-by-night real estate gurus cannot possibly empower you to become a wealthy, successful investor.
Solid education is the only key to a successful investing career: You can't practice what you don't know.
AVAILABLE TO YOU — Access to and partnership with a nationwide team of trained investors education by actual real estate practitioners in a vast array of investment and financial strategies: A growing community of investors completely shatter the guru mold and establish a new standard upon a firm foundation of integrity, fairness and respectability.

You've heard about all the one-time seminars that come to town.  You might have attended a few.  Lively, charismatic hard-sell speakers making all these bogus promises of all the wealth and prosperity that could be yours if only you buy their books and CD's.  They direct your attention to the friendly representatives behind you, eager to assist you and take your check or credit card.

Then just like the snake-oil salesmen of yesteryear, they giddyap on out of Dodge and are gone.

And then you find they've given you a lot of information so vague and superficial that it's of no use to anyone.

Or worse, the get-togethers that upsell at each step and promise something more, goading you into spending hundreds to even thousands of dollars for what amounts to nothing.

And despite all the rage—the indignity—for having fallen for the gimmicks and hype, you ask "WHY?"  Why does the law permit such thievery, no matter how trusting its victims?  Why does financial success—at the very least financial stability—some coveted secret so jealously guarded by those who appoint themselves worthy of the privilege?  Why must they succeed, but we must fail and struggle?  Why is the simple and praiseworthy promise of a better and happier future somehow blocked from us by some invisible, impenetrable screen, taunting us as we sink lower and lower into the abyss of financial ruin

If we knew that secret, and helped ourselves, our spouses, our children, our families, we would want to share with others who are as bad or even worse off than we are.  It would be the only decent and human thing to do.  It would be the one thing that would legitimize any success we would have striven our whole lives to attain.

You are not alone.  Many others think as you do.

But let's not delude ourselves.  It's no secret.  It's just knowledge of financial literacy we never grew up with, something that we can be taught and can learn.  A different way of thinking about money despite our assuming responsibility for our lives we may be only dimly aware.

It does come at a cost.  Most all things in life worthwhile and of value do.  They wouldn't mean so much if they were so easy to obtain.  Education that teaches principle that you can directly has a cost measured not only in money, but in dedication, commitment and initiative, for knowledge unapplied accomplishes nothing.  It merely begins with words and ends with words.

These principles, this standard for integrity and excellence, is found in Renatus—a burgeoning community of thousands of individuals spanning the nation, each with their own stories of hardship, but who are dedicated in marketing and implementing knowledge gained from a real estate investment education that can only be taught by seasoned real estate practitioners, who themselves are required to have earned no less than one million dollars through their particular strategy or area of expertise.

This curriculum—bearing no relationship to the useless blather of gurus—was designed by a Ph.D. in education, patterned after accreditation standards used in every university across the United States.

This email is the first step of a series of three webinars, a qualification process to see whether this opportunity benefits you.  It is the means of addressing all concerns a prospect would have, both to determine the validity of our claims, and to explain our sound business model of marketing and investment education.

  •          First, a 15-minute briefing, hosted by Renatus Founder Advisory member Scott Rowe.
  •          Second, a national introduction, a 1-hour-long exposure to the education, the company, the classes, support and tuition.
  •          Third, a live follow-up Q & A, an opportunity to ask further questions from our staff about the education, marketing compensation, and override project for our team.
